KETV-TV: Summer Recipes from Omaha’s own ‘Society 1854’

Omaha Marriot Downtown‘s executive chef, Brent Hockenberry was featured on KETV-TV, the local ABC affiliate in Omaha, Neb., discussing recipes for summer. Recipes included roasted fingerling potatoes with gremolata, caramelized squash with summer peaches and arugula and summer succotash with garlic crema and paprika glaze. Watch the full clip here.
